He then embarked on his career in the oil and gas sector as a Petroleum Landman negotiating mineral interests. After relocating to North Carolina in 2014, he joined the NCDOT as a Right of Way Agent and Consultant Project Coordinator. Over the past decade, Brad has been active in the private sector, focusing on right of way negotiations, relocation assistance, and project management. His extensive knowledge in GIS and Cartography has been instrumental in navigating the intricate processes of right of way acquisition.
